Payment by Card
You can pay with cards issued by VISA, Mastercard and Diners Club. No extra fees are added to your purchase. When you choose to pay by card, you need to enter the card number, the card’s validity period and the CVC code that you will find on the back. You can save your card details to easily make future purchases and can choose to delete your card details at any time.
Terms of delivery
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via email with information about your order. Save the order confirmation to have on hand for any contacts so that we can help you more easily. Always check the contents of the package and see that it matches your order confirmation.
We will send you a confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Normally you have your package within 1-3 working days. A certain delay may occur with increased order intake, for example before Christmas. We cooperate with Postnord for our deliveries. The shipping fee is SEK 49 on orders within Sweden. Free shipping applies to all orders over SEK 500. We will start working on your order as soon as we can after you place it. The package is delivered to an agent and you will receive an SMS or paper notice when it arrives. Nordic Kings Supplements AB takes full payment responsibility for the product if it should be damaged or lost on the way home to you. In this case you need to contact our customer service within 14 days.
Delivery to mailbox
Delivered if possible to your mailbox. A letter is considered bulky if it cannot be handed out in a mailbox / letter box, in this case you can collect the parcel from your local agent. You will be notified where you can collect your parcel via text message or paper notice.
Return and exchange
As a customer of Nordic Kings Supplements, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. In exercising the right of canceling your order, the Customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the condition of the goods after the customer has received the goods and during the return shipping. The product must be sent back within 14 days from the date of notifying Nordic Kings Supplements about the cancelation of your order. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box. When the customer cancels their order, Nordic Kings Supplements will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the product, including delivery costs.

Terms and Conditions
1.1 These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.nordickings.se and related pages, (the “Website”). Agreement is entered into between you and Nordic Kings Supplements AB, organization number 559195-9282 (“Nordic Kings Supplements”). Detailed contact information and other information about Nordic Kings Supplements can be found on the Website. The terms are only applicable to the Customer who is a consumer and who makes orders via the Website.
1.2 To be able to order on the Website, the Customer must be 18 years of age or older. According to Swedish law, Nordic Kings Supplements does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. Nordic Kings Supplements reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change a Customer’s order (for example if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information and / or has payment remarks).
1.3 Nordic Kings Supplements reserve themselves from products out of stock and any image and typing errors on the Website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Nordic Kings Supplements has the right to correct any errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that the Customer has ordered, Nordic Kings Supplements will of course notify the Customer of this and await the Customer’s approval of the corrected price before Nordic Kings Supplements continues with the order. All image information on the Website shall be considered as illustrations only. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the number of items the Customer receives or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item.
1.4 The Website, and all content on it, is owned by Nordic Kings Supplements or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Nordic Kings Supplements.
2. Agreement and Order
2.2 An agreement to purchase is entered into only when Nordic Kings Supplements has confirmed the Customer’s order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Nordic Kings Supplements by email. Nordic Kings Supplements urges the Customer to save this order confirmation for any contacts with Nordic Kings Supplements customer service. The customer can cancel their order until it has been confirmed by Nordic Kings Supplements. If the order is cancelled, Nordic Kings Supplements will refund any payments that the Customer or its payment or credit card company has made regarding the order.

4.1 When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.
4.2 The customer can pay in the manner specified on the Website. Nordic Kings Supplements has the right to charge the Customer already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by the Customer and approved by Nordic Kings Supplements. In the event of invoice payment or partial payment, Nordic Kings Supplements or its partners may make a credit report. In such a case, you will be informed of this. Nordic Kings Supplements reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or alternatively change payment methods if what the Customer has chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. 5. Promotions and offers
Nordic Kings Supplements may from time to time offer promotions on the Website which may have more favorable terms than those stated in these Terms, e.g. concerning payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by Nordic Kings Supplements in connection with the campaign. Nordic Kings Supplements reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the Website are valid for a limited time and as long as stock lasts.
6. Delivery and transport
6.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (eg in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from the Nordic Kings Supplements confirming the order in writing through the order confirmation.
6.2 The expected delivery time of the product is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout and / or on the relevant product page on the Website. In the event of a delivery delay, Nordic Kings Supplements will notify you of this and continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this does not depend on you as a Customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
6.3 If packages are to be collected, the customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. The customer always receives a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be made via email, regular mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS. If the Customer does not collect the package, Nordic Kings Supplements has the right to charge the Customer a fee of SEK 250 for work completed and shipping fees. Please note that packages not collected do not fall within the scope of the right of cancelation or free returns.
7. Right of cancelation
7.1 When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of cancelation always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his order by notifying Nordic Kings Supplements within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer’s representative receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
7.2 If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the Customer must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to Nordic Kings Supplements. The customer must enter his name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If the above alternative to notification does not want to be used by the Customer, the Customer can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced (see www.konsumentverket.se). Packages that are not picked up by a representative do not fall within the scope of the right of cancelation and Nordic Kings Supplements allows the right to charge the customer SEK 250 in fees for work done and shipping fees.
7.3 In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the condition of the goods after the Customer has received the goods and during the return shipping. The product must be sent back within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to Nordic Kings Supplements. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box.
7.4 When the Customer regrets his purchase, Nordic Kings Supplements will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the product, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by Nordic Kings Supplements. When returning part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded. On the amount to be repaid, Nordic Kings Supplements has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the Customer having handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function.
7.5 Nordic Kings Supplements will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date Nordic Kings Supplements received the Customer’s notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Nordic Kings Supplements may, however, wait with the refund until Nordic Kings Supplements has received the product or the Customer has shown that the product has been returned, e.g. through a delivery receipt. The refund will be made to the customer via the payment alternative chosen by the Customer, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.
8.1 All products we sell on Nordickings.se are approved for use in Sweden. All products sold at Nordic Kings Supplements are only a complement to the advice of your doctor and / or therapist and are not intended to in any way replace any medical examination or medical care needs.

10. Force Majeure
Nordic Kings Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Nordic Kings Supplements has not been able to control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communication and errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. 13. Applicable law and dispute
13.1 Disputes shall primarily be resolved by agreement after discussion with Nordic Kings Supplements’ customer service.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Nordic Kings Supplements’ customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (the General Complaints Board), which you can find more info about at www.arn.se. You can also file complaints directly online via the European Commission’s Dispute Resolution Platform, which can be found at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without interfering with the court. In the event of a dispute, the Nordic Kings Supplements follow a decision from ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
13.3 Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled in accordance with clause 14.2 above or ultimately by a general court.
