Our Top Priority is the Quality of Our Offal

That's why all of our offal comes from happy and healthy animals that have been allowed to roam freely and live in pristine conditions. They are 100% Grass-fed and come exclusively from Swedish, Organic and KRAV certified cattle.

Our Intestines are:

• Raised on 100% grass & herbs and 0% grain feed
• From Swedish Organic & KRAV certified cattle
• Free from growth hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides
• 100% freeze-dried to preserve important heat-sensitive minerals, vitamins, and enzymes
• From happy and healthy animals that have been allowed to roam freely
• Completely free from allergens, additives, and fillers

After turning what feels like every single KRAV and EKO farm in Sweden upside down, we can now happily announce that all of our offal comes exclusively from Swedish, Organic and KRAV certified cattle from carefully selected farms around Sweden.

All farms undergo annual and independent inspections to ensure that the animals are well-being and that they live according to KRAV's strict animal husbandry rules.

In addition, all our animals are exclusively allowed to eat 100% grass and herbs and 0% grain feed. Something that KRAV does not require but which was an absolute must for us.

This means that the animals are only allowed to eat food that they are actually made to eat.

This means that the animals can live healthy lives without stomach and intestinal inflammations that often affect grain-fed livestock.

All our animals are allowed to live in conditions similar to their natural habitat and roam freely on a variety of pastures for most or all of the year. This allows the animals to express their natural behaviors and live stimulating and happy lives.

During the months when the animals cannot graze fresh grass and herbs, they are fed with fermented grass (silage) which is produced through a natural ensiling process without any additives, where the bacteria in the grass themselves initiate lactic acid fermentation. It is this process that, among other things, takes place in the white balls you can see in the fields in the summer.

The result of the animals only being allowed to eat food that they are actually made for and being allowed to live freely under optimal conditions is that the intestines also have a much higher nutritional content.
